AFL Finals: Broadcast Schedule Week 2

10 Sep, 2018

We are down to the final 6 teams in the 2018 AFL Finals as Sydney and Geelong were knocked out in Week 1.

Hawthorn and Melbourne do battle on Friday night in the first semi final at the MCG.

The two clubs met just once this season; a Round 4 encounter that saw the Hawks run away 67-point victors.

In September, the Hawks and Demons have faced off on six occasions – most notably in the 1988 Grand Final.

Collingwood will host Greater Western Sydney in the Second Semi-Final at the MCG on Saturday night.

In falling short against West Coast in the Qualifying Final, the Magpies get to exercise the double chance they earned by finishing in the top four at the end of the home and away season.

The Magpies have never met the Giants in a final, and last played against them back in round two.

The winner of Saturday’s Semi-Final will progress to the Preliminary Final and take on Richmond the following Friday night.

Duke will be broadcasting all four finals LIVE and FREE TO AIR on Freeview channel 13, SKY TV channel 23 or stream it live off any digital device at www.watchduke.co.nz.
