Parking:

There is plenty of parking beside the grounds by the old rugby club and also at the sports centre.

Signing in

Upon arrival at the venue please see the community coordinator (Will be visible in bright AFL 9s staff uniform) and sign your team in. Please arrive between 20-30mins before your game start time

Fields

Rugby fields 2 and 3. See image. These will be marked out.

Warm up area

Upon signing in your team will be designated an area to warm up in.

Food & Drink

The Bistro at the sports centre will be open all night for the AFL 9s players. They have a menu catering for both snacks and meals.

Cancellations

We will be notified of any ground closures and we will then get in touch with the team leader for your team. There will also be updates on our Twitter and Facebook pages. So follow and like us now.

Gear storage:

We do not take responsibility for any gear that is taken during the AFL 9s module. The Sports Centre has lockers (that require your OWN lock) available for your use.

Changing Rooms.

The changing rooms at the Sports Centre will be open for your use. We recommend using those. As mentioned above their will be lockers that you can store your gear in. Bring your OWN lock.

Toilets:

The toilets at the sports centre will be open for your use and we recommend the use of these. There will also be toilets open by the rugby fields we will be playing on.

Showers

The showers at the sports centre will be open for use for AFL 9s players.

Spot prizes

Spot prizes will be handed out during the day.
