Volunteer Information

Understanding the limitations of the time available to volunteers is very important. A high percentage of your involvement will be based on direct contact and Match day.

AFLNZ provides a highly structured programme focusing on process rather than expertise. This ensures those involved can enjoy the experience and the pathway.

Your role:

nd2401_3_5988Plan

Ensure that adequate preparation has been provided to each of the programmes component to enhance both the athlete and your own experience.

Act

Understand your responsibilities for the day and carry out effectively and efficiently. You are not alone and communication will assist performance.

Review

Throughout the programme assessment will provided by appointed personnel and yourself. Timing for this is ongoing and will happen intermittently during the campaign.
