After a three goal performance against the Northern Suns over the weekend, Jordan Thompson (Southern Saints) has rocketed up the goal kicking leaderboard to sit second behind front runner Jordan Drinkall (14 goals) from the Northern Suns.

A small victory over the Southern Saints ensured that the Northern Suns are still the best attacking team with 446 points after five rounds and after their first defeat of the season, the Southern Saints only lost by three points which keeps them as the best defensive team in the competition .
