Giants lock in coaching and management staff for 2022

Wayne Sullivan, Dan Archer and Andrew Symmons have been announced as the Assistant Coaches and Manager for the Central Giants 2022 season.

2021 assistant, Sullivan will return to the role again next year after a successful year in the position, securing the 2021 Premiership flag.

Dan Archer is new to the AFL community in Aotearoa but has a long history in coaching in Australia.

Dan holds an AFL Level 3 coaching accreditation and was formerly the Head coach at Sydney University and the Northern Territory Thunder in the NEAFL.

His CV also includes holding the position of the NSW state coaching manager for the AFL.

With his wealth of experience, Dan can’t wait to get stuck into the New Zealand coaching system.

Former Western Crows manager, Andrew Symmons, will make the move to the Giants, where he will oversee the teams operations for next season.

The reigning Premiers start their march towards Premiership glory on February 13th, 2022.
