Regional stars to stay at the Crows

Regional stars Brendan Clark, Blake Williamson and Lachie Kennedy will be at the Western Crows in 2022.

Brendan Clark was one of the shining lights for the Crows in 2021 bringing experience and culture to the side.

Clark is a strong marking forward who has the experience to get the better of his opposition.

He has spent time in Australia playing for the Hinterland Football Club and Maroochydore on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast and the Darwin Buffaloes and NT Thunder in the Northern Territory.

A member of the past three International Cups campaigns, Clark is a fierce competitor and is hungry for a Premiership.

Northlander Blake Williamson is ready for a huge season in the Men’s Premiership. A former rising star winner, Williamson can run all day and has now developed his skills to become a strong player in the competition.

Blake has the potential to become a big name in the AFL community in New Zealand.

Former New Zealand U18 representative Lachlan Kennedy will make his long awaited comeback to the Premiership in 2022.

Kennedy spent a couple of years away from playing, but kept himself busy by shifting his focus to coaching, where he was involved with the Northern Suns in 2021.

Kennedy will slot in alongside Brendan Clark in the forward line and is a handy set shot goal kicker.
