The 2021 competitions best and fairest runner up made the move from the Suns to the Crows at the start of the last Premiership season.

Will was a member of the 2017 International Cup squad and had a NZ debut to remember in 2017 where he was best on ground against the AFL Academy at Westpac Stadium in Wellington, kicking the goal of the year.
