New look U18 Falcons squad announced ahead of Melbourne tour

The Under 18 New Zealand Falcons side will tour Melbourne, Australia to play two games against a Mornington Peninsula Interleague side and a local Secondary School from the region from April 23rd – 28th.

This will be the fourth trip to Melbourne for the U18’s and follows on from the Mornington Peninsula Junior Football League’s recent tour of New Zealand.

Part of the tour will provide the team an insight into Australian club football, attending an AFL game and supporting the NZ Falcons when they play the AFL Academy on April 27th.

The final squad positions and emergencies yet to be named, will be announced over the next 2 weeks following injury assessment

When: Wednesday, 24th April.

Where: BlueScope Oval, Hastings.

Kick off: 6.00pm.

U18 New Zealand Falcons vs MPJFL Bluescope Steelers

When: Friday, 26th April.

Where: BlueScope Oval, Hastings.

Kick off: 6.00pm.
