Each week throughout the 2020 Premiership season, AFL New Zealand will announce the ‘Team of the week’ which will feature the 24 best players from the previous weekends round.
The backline this week features 3 best on grounds from the weekend. Paul Hogan (Suns), Hayden Johnston (Saints) and Harison Manks (Giants) were all superb and deserve their spot.
Ruckmen Daniel Howie from the Crows and Kirk Murray from the Giants headline the midfield after impressive outings and are joined by Xavier Bryham from the Saints.
Harley Jenkins from the Saints makes his third appearance in the side this year after another 3 goal haul.
