Elected Director Process
The Board is now calling for nominations for the following position.
One Elected Director (Up to a three year term).
The AFL New Zealand Board is responsible for overseeing the promotion, fostering and development of the sport of Australian Football in New Zealand and to provide Australian Football opportunities for all within NZ as described in the society’s current strategic and operational plan.
Interested persons must be nominated by a club in writing firstly and then submit a brief profile via email with resume to the address listed below by 5pm Friday 19th of February 2016.
As outlined in clause 7 of the AFL New Zealand Constitution and Rules, a list of nominees for the position under Rule 6.1 (a) [Elected Directors] together with a summary of their curriculum vitae will be forwarded on the 4th of March 2016 to all members.
Nominations are to be received in writing within the specified time and in the form prescribed by the Board of Directors via email to the CEO at football@aflnz.co.nz
