Please be advised that the venue and start time for the AGM and Members Forum have been altered to run in conjunction with the inaugural Under 16 National Champs to be held in Wellington at Hutt Park.

Please advise of your clubs nominated delegate and availability for the AGM so flights can be organized accordingly by February 28th 2013.
A reminder that personnel attending the Under 16 Champs could also be utilised to represent as a delegate
A list of remits and motions will be forwarded to all members along with a copy of the AGM agenda , a copy of the Annual Report, a copy the audited financial accounts and Proxy voting forms on the 8th March 2013 to all members.
All submissions regarding topics for discussion will be forwarded to members with a timely agenda set ( due to flight commitments ) and specific members called on to lead discussions. The AFL New Zealand Board will finalise the forum discussion topics before the 8th of March 2013. The items will be chaired by Geoff Dickson (AFL New Zealand Chair) to ensure timeliness of the agenda.
