Two of the best teams over the regular season are set to face off in an epic 2014 AFL Grand Final.
The Sydney Swans will travel to Melbourne to take on defending champions Hawthorn, in a match that will decide which team can lay claim to greatness.
The Swans, minor Premiership winners in 2014, last won the AFL in 2012, and have strengthened their team since then with the addition of key player Lance Franklin.
However, Jarryd Roughead has been unstoppable for the Hawks this season, and has hit peak form at the right time, kicking six goals in Hawthorn’s preliminary final win over the Port Adelaide Power.
The two teams could not be better matched, and many are predicting this will be one of the most intense and exciting AFL Grand Finals in recent memory.
