Fakatoumafi and Parkes-Dolan remain at the Saints in 2020

The Southern Saints have retained the services of Auckland based players Alex Fakatoumafi and Dominic Parkes Dolan for the 2020 AFLNZ Premiership season.

The trio are retained under Category 3 of the Retained Players List (RPL).

RPL 3 is the Retention of Auckland based players.

Alex Fakatoumafi

Southern Saints full forward Alex Fakatoumafi has been retained for the 2020 Premiership.

The former NZ International plays a key role up front for the Saints and knows how to kick a goal.

In the final round of the 2018 season, Fakatoumafi kicked a whopping 10 goals for the match against the Western Crows, a Premiership record.

Dominic Parkes-Dolan

Dominic Parkes-Dolan burst onto the Premiership scene last season where he matched it with the best of them.

An injury during round 1 sidelined Dominic for the first couple of games but came back stronger and produced some great football playing off the wing.

A call up to the NZ U18 side to travel to Melbourne in May capped off an impeccable season and his retention to the Saints makes it even sweeter.
