Game ON! Premiership Grand Final to be held in October

The 2020 AFL New Zealand Premiership will conclude its season with a Grand Final between the Southern Saints and the Western Crows on Sunday October 25th at North Harbour Stadium in Albany, Auckland.  

 

Due to Covid-19 restrictions , the original Grand Final date in April 2020 was postponed but with restrictions lifted, the decision was made to play a Grand Final between the top two teams on the ladder.

The Southern Saints were unbeaten after six games and had already secured a Grand Final spot, whilst the Western Crows holding on to second spot and will join them in the season decider at North Harbour Stadium in what will be a thrilling finale and replay of the 2019 Grand Final.
