Regional Covid Hardship Fund

The Regional Covid Hardship Fund aims to provide financial support to organisations based in the Northland, Auckland and Waikato regions delivering play, active recreation and sport opportunities in the region that are experiencing financial hardship in the period 17 August to 30 November 2021 as a result of extended time at Alert Levels 3 and 4. It is to help ensure that those organisations are able to continue delivering quality physical activity experiences to get Every Body Active in New Zealand.

This Fund is provided by Sport New Zealand and will be administered in Auckland by Aktive and Regional Sports Trust partners CLM Community Sport, Harbour Sport, Sport Auckland and Sport Waitakere.

The Regional Covid Hardship Fund opens Monday 28 February 2022 and closes Sunday 27 March 2022.
