New Zealand Hawks Academy Level 1 team announced

The New Zealand Hawks Academy Level 1 will play a two match series against New South Wales Independent Schools  22^nd and 24^th April 2016 at QBE Harbour Stadium

This is the first time New South Wales Independent Schools will travel to New Zealand, following a successful tour by the New Zealand Hawks Academy team to Sydney last year.

The New Zealand Academy Level 1, is for athletes that are new entrants to the New Zealand representative pathway with all players playing for New Zealand for the first time. Players have come from AFL New Zealand programmes delivered at Intermediate and Secondary School and going on to play in the AFL New Youth Competition.
