New Zealand Falcons Captain Andrew Howison will make his Premiership debut in 2020 following his decision to move back to New Zealand at the end of the year.
Howison will be available for selection via next Tuesday’s National Draft and will be odds on favourite to be picked at number 1.
Whilst in Australia, Andrew played for Oakleigh Districts where he won a Grand Final in 2015 and was named best on ground in the same game.
More recently, Howison won back to back Premierships in 2018 and 2019 with the Dromana Tigers and now returns back to his hometown of Christchurch with his fiancé.
Andrew has won the Senior Men’s Player of the Year award for three straight years from 2014-2016.
The 2019 AFL New Zealand National Draft will take place Tuesday November 26th.
