The AFL New Zealand Kahu Youth Girls will play a 2 game series against the Mornington Peninsula BlueScope Steelers Youth Girls in Auckland in early April.
They will be joined by an Under 14 and Under 16 side from Mornington who will also make the trip over and compete in a series against the AFL New Zealand Level 1 and Level 2 sides respectively.
The Australian based League will travel from the heartland of AFL in Victoria for this will established tour itinerary.
The Mornington Peninsula BlueScope Steelers return to New Zealand for the third year and the League is looking forward to the trip back to Aotearoa. The tour has previously held significant links to the ANZAC spirit, accentuating the links that exist between New Zealand and Australia over our histories.
President of the region Andrew Souter and his Committee, has been successful in creating an annual fixture between the six competing teams and has formed some close bonds with his New Zealand partners over the past three tours.
The tour will have a variety of cultural, football and friendship experiences available to the travelling teams.

All games will be played at QBE Stadium in Albany on Auckland North Shore. With the travelling supporter base continuing to grow, healthy crowds are expected.
Following on from the International weekend, AFL New Zealand will have an Under 18 National team travel to Mornington in Melbourne where they will firstly link with Mornington League, before playing a game against local opposition and a chance to visit the home of AFL for a great experience.
