Toni-Maree Carnie has successfully reapplied for her position as an Appointed Board Member of AFL New Zealand, having first been appointed in 2011.
Based in Auckland, Ms Carnie has over 10 years governance experience from Chair of the Force Netball Franchise Board to NZ Squash and currently AFL New Zealand and is currently CEO of the Harbour Sport Regional Sports Trust.
Ms Carnie has significant experience in the not for profit, sport and recreation sector as well as strong ties and relationships in the commercial sector. Her strengths include not for profit funding, leveraging, partnering, sponsorship and marketing. Her sporting experience provides extensive networks within the sporting community which include a range of government agencies and their Chief Executives, territorial authorities, sponsors, investors and sports.
Both the AFL and AFL New Zealand would like to congratulate Ms Carnie on her reappointment.
