Her background in coordination and community sport, combined with her passion for creating positive sporting experiences for young people, sets her up brilliantly for the role. Chloe is excited to venture across the region providing AFL opportunities to children and helping more young people discover and enjoy the game.
Chloe also has extensive coaching experience, having served as an assistant coach for the AFLNZ Youth and KiwiKick programmes. She has also coached junior Football, Netball, Touch, Gaelic Football and Hurling, with a strong focus on inclusion, teamwork and player development.
“I’m passionate about growing the game and creating opportunities for children and communities to get involved in sport in a fun, supportive and engaging environment.”
Chloe’s appointment as the Participation Coordinator in Wellington, is a huge investment into the development of the sport within the Wellington region and building a strong grass roots foundation for the sport to build from.
