New Zealand Teams Programme has been developed to assist with the development of the sport within our country. The opportunity to compete against teams and associations from Australia plays a vital role in improving standards, creating excellent pathways through high performance opportunities as well as cultural sharing.

Over the past decades a number of associations representing a wide range of the Australian Community have visited Aotearoa New Zealand.

As you can see we cater for all age groups and the tours are professionally managed by the team at AFL New Zealand. AFL New Zealand organise all aspects of your visit including accommodation, ground transport, meals, tour venues, opposition, game day activities and functions.

Your visit can commence or conclude in any of New Zealand’s major centres including Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown.

The New Zealand’s AFL Season takes place between September and April annually and so there is no conflict with the Australian season schedule.
