All games and 8 Rounds will be played at North Harbour Stadium on Sundays with Round 1 commencing February 13th 2022.
Grand Final Day
To commemorate the inception of the inaugural AFL New Zealand Premiership Grand Final, the Millennium High Performance Centre will host another first with AFL New Zealand Premiership Grand Final Breakfast scheduled to take place on the morning of the Grand Final and Plate Final.
The four teams competing on Grand Final Day will all be present at the function that will include;
- AFLNZ Premiership Player, Coach, Umpire, Manager Awards
- AFLNZ Premiership Leading Goal Kicker
- Team Best and Fairest Awards
- 2022 Rising Star Award
- 2022 AFL New Zealand Premiership Team of the Year
