An exciting group of young AFL players are closer to their dream of representing New Zealand, with the Academy New Zealand Hawks wider training squad being named.
The Hawks will be travelling to Sydney, NSW at the end of March for a two match campaign against NSW Independent Secondary Schools and Sydney Swans Academy.
The final travelling squad of 24 will be announced on Monday 16th March after the conclusion of the Academy National League held at Parrs Park, Auckland over the weekend of the 14th and 15th of March.
