- Resource management Uniform distribution via Volunteers, Uniform washing via Volunteers

Time commitment:
Youth Competition: 3 hours per week (Direct contact time of 4 hours each weekend)
- Linked with development sessions and games.
- Includes 30 minutes prior to participant arrival to connect other coaches, team managers, and competition director
- Following games for presentations and feedback to players, team management and competition director.
AFLNZ Premiership: 4 hours per week (Direct contact time of 6.5 hours each weekend)
- 4.5 hours game day
- Includes 60 minutes prior to participant arrival to connect other coaches, team managers, and competition director
- Following games for presentations and feedback to players, team management and competition director.
